Time Management

Let’s be real— sometimes it really IS about trying to fit a lot of things into a little bit of time. Here, we have some tips about scheduling and making the most of your time. We have two main sections here. The first, Traditional Time Management, is about looking ahead to the day, week and month ahead and trying to organize the time ahead. If you scroll further down, you’ll see a section on alternative time management methods, for those who have trouble with traditional scheduling. Honestly, we suggest you check both out— take what works for you from each of them!

If you’re having a hard time just… getting started, or if you keep putting off the things you need to do, you are probably struggling more with procrastination than time management. But don’t worry— we have a page for that!

Are you struggling to balance All. The. Things?!

Maybe it’s time to WRAP it up.

Watch this video for some tips on how to get started with a calendar system that works for you!

I don’t think my brain (or body or schedule) works like that!

Some of us struggle with hourly scheduling. Sometimes this is because our schedules are wildly unpredictable, sometimes it’s because we have a neurodivergent diagnosis (like autism or ADHD,) and sometimes it’s just because our brains don’t really…work well scheduling hour by hour. If this sounds familiar, click through the slides below!
